Shipping and Tax

All of our Tool Boxes ship for free (not including portables). For all other products shipping is calculated at standard UPS Ground rates. We only charge Sales Tax on orders shipped to Colorado, where we must charge 2.9% sales tax. If an item is back ordered,
we will contact you immediately by email and let you know your expected ship date. You will always be given to opportunity to cancel your order, if you wish to do so.

Return Policy

In order to return an item you must Contact Us by Email and obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and return instructions.
We are unable to give a refund for any items returned without a RMA Number. Most products may be returned to us within 30 days from the time the product ships,
provided the merchandise is in new, sellable condition and the product is complete in the original carton with
all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals and accessories. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item has Free Shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
All return shipping cost will be at the customer's expense.
A 15% Restocking Fee will be charged on all returns and exchanges unless the product is defective and is exchanged for the identical product.
Electrical equipment including Automotive Scanners, can only be exchanged for the identical item and cannot be returned for a refund once the product has been opened.
All products come with a manufacturer warranty. If there is a problem with any product during the manufacturer
warranty period it may be returned to the manufacturer for replacement.
